Kritika is the visionary behind our magazine. Hailing from India, she is a multi-talented force with skills spanning writing, art, programming, and editorial work. Her deep passion for storytelling and creativity has led to her being featured on several renowned platforms such as Teen Ink, Ritambhara, Alfaz-tere-mere, The Library of Ink, Homer’s Odyssey Magazine, Carmilla Collective, Paper Cranes Literary, Moonbow Magazine, Bread & Butter Magazine, and Butter Mochi Journal.
Outside of her editorial duties, she enjoys reading, binge-watching Netflix, and playing the piano. While pursuing a bachelor's degree in Maths, she also contributes as an editor to various literary magazines.
Chief-of-Staff / Layout Designer
Aastha, originating from India, will be starting as a freshman in college this year. She loves psychology, traveling, and making new friends. She delved into the magical world of books at the onset of her teenage years and has been a bookworm since. Oftentimes, you will find her clutching a book in her hand or sobbing for the characters she fell in love with. “Appreciating beauty wherever I stumble upon it” is her go-to motto.
Editor
Holly is a writer of both fiction and non-fiction, currently based in Meanjin/Brisbane, but has lived and worked in the Asia Pacific. She writes speculative and science-fiction and is passionate about Sing-Lit, and supporting Singaporean authors. When not writing, she's eyeing up fancy candles, getting a bit too invested in haircare, searching for the perfect top, and looking for the best mochas in all of Australia, and possibly the world.

Simone, or Mona, is a fifteen-year-old from NJ, USA. She's been writing prose & poetry for personal enjoyment for the last four years. Outside of writing, she loves books, fashion, singing, desserts, and action movies. She can't wait to see how Cawnpore Magazine grows! When she’s not lost in a new novel or jotting down story ideas in her journal, you’ll find her experimenting with creative photography, or discovering quaint coffee shops in her neighborhood. She hopes to one day publish her own collection of short stories and travel the world to gather tales from different cultures.!

Swapna is currently in Year 11. She has won awards for drama performances and spelling bees, and has delivered speeches representing her school. A passionate communicator, she enjoys the art of storytelling both on stage and on paper. Outside of her academic achievements, Swapna is an avid reader with a particular love for historical fiction and mystery novels. She also spends her free time mentoring younger students in public speaking, participating in debate clubs, and volunteering at local community events.

Trinity Lisk (she/her) is a public servant and a lifelong word-smith based in the Little Rock metropolitan area. She has a BA in international studies and is currently working towards her Master of Public Service. Her recent work can be found in Livina Press and The Kintsugi Journal for which she is a content writer. Trinity is also a self-proclaimed collector of a wide range of interests and hobbies (because why choose just one?). Some of her favorites include traveling, birding, napping, and standing on her soap box.

An avid reader, she is seldom seen without her Kindle, indulging in her favorite genres: fantasy, fiction, contemporary, and historical fiction.
